"The folks here are nice. But unfortunately, not informed enough about insurance policies to quote you accurately. I cannot in good conscience recommend that you come here for insurance. I was told by a rep when I initially signed my policy that I could increase coverage in the future and the coverage would be forward looking (AKA, no back payment for coverage I never even had). Unfortunately, that was not true. When I increased my coverage in the spring (3-4 months after initiating the policy), I had to pay hundreds of dollars for coverage I never actually had because, in order to increase the coverage, I needed to pay for the increased coverage from the original policy date. The fact that I was initially told by a State Farm rep that I would not have to pay this extra amount was meaningless, and I was told by a different rep in the spring that I owed the backpay in full. To make matters worse, I could not even find this requirement in the fine print of the papers I took home from the office after signing. TL;DR I would strongly advise checking with other insurance providers. If you are told, quoted, or sold on a policy, ask for all of those terms in writing, at least in an email. Even then, who knows if they will stick to their terms."

"I don't recommend this agency at all! I could give this review 0 stars if I could!! At first, the insurance agency tried mixing up all of my statements and insurances such as life insurance, car insurance. Additionally, the insurance agency started controlling my automatic payments at their own will without notifying me, this caused MANY PROBLEMS with my payments as I was confused if my payments were paid or not, hence causing many problems with the DMV, causing me to surrender my plates and no longer using my car for a period of time all because of THIS AGENCY!! WHICH IS WHY I CHANGED TO A BETTER AGENCY, and I thought it was the Insurance Company but in reality it was the AGENTS WHO SET UP THIS PROBLEM.
